The Beginning
- •Mr. Achutha Hebbar embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, discontinuing his Pre-University College education.
- •Gained practical experience working in hotels and petrol pumps, developing skills in customer service, operations, and management.
- •Joined a travel company as its first manager in 1981, honing expertise in tour operations, marketing, and customer relations.
- •Founded Vivek Travels (later Vivek Holidays) in Shivamogga in 1992, with a focus on exceptional travel experiences.
Expansion
- •Vivek Holidays gained momentum, expanding its offerings with new tour packages and destinations.
- •Client base grew rapidly through word-of-mouth referrals and positive reviews.
Recognition
- •In 2002, ventured into the Andaman tourism market with exclusive 'Andaman Tours' packages.
- •Acquired a resort in the Andaman Islands to enhance offerings and customer experience.
- •Established pan-India offices for LTC (Leave Travel Concession) Government Tours across multiple states.
- •Relocated to a new office in Shivamogga in 2008, expanding staff and operations.
