At Vivek Holidays, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and travel plans may need to be changed or cancelled. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, while also protecting the interests of our customers and service providers.

Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges will apply:

30 days or more prior to departure10% of total tour cost
29-15 days prior to departure25% of total tour cost
14-7 days prior to departure50% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days prior to departure100% of total tour cost

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made in the same mode as the payment was received.

Exceptional Cases

In exceptional cases, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, Vivek Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary. In such cases, our liability will be limited to refunding the tour cost, and we will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer.
