Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made in the same mode as the payment was received.
Exceptional Cases
In exceptional cases, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, Vivek Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary. In such cases, our liability will be limited to refunding the tour cost, and we will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer.
